The importance of skills, knowledge, and attitude improvements for all Miracle Clinic Group & Franchise staff, urged the birth of Miracle Aesthetic Academy, a training institution that does not only train the skills of the doctors and beauty therapists but also all lines related to the operational processes at the clinic, even to the back office staff. Continuous training undertaken is expected to hone the skills and abilities and also add insights for staff that includes doctors, nurses, beauty therapists, receptionists, as well as marketing, accounting, IT, and HRD. All training modules are delivered based on The Miracle Ways. This will shape an individual who not only competent and proficient in their works, but also possesses a good attitude and behaviour.

Efforts to improve the quality of human resources become the priority of MAA. This was also materialised by the establishment of mini clinic in March 2010. This place will become a learning centre for Miracle Aesthetic Clinic staff. For new staff, the mini clinic will be their training place before being stationed in the real clinic. While for existing staff, the Mini Clinic provides a variety of enrichment materials for them to be able to perform their job more proficiently.

Being a central training place for Miracle Clinic Group and its franchises, it has various programs applicable and easy to understand for each part of the clinic. Basic inductions cover knowledge base such as Miracle Culture, Hospitality Miracle, Miracle Experience, Partnership Miracle, Miracle Solution, and Miracle Leadership. That includes an understanding of the philosophy of The Miracle Ways, how to communicate, techniques to approach the customer, professional ethics, personality, handling of complaints, and so forth. Everything is done to give the customer a personal experience, unique and unforgettable.
