There are a number of steps during a facial treatment. For example: the cleaning process – using a cleansing sponge and black heads/comedo extraction – using a comedo extractor. HIV and Hepatitis may spread through sponges, customer or beauty therapist’s hands or equipments such as extractors and needles used. This happens through contacts between the equipments and bleeding acnes or through blood or serum emerging from a comedo extraction.

What is Miracle Sterilisation Program?
This program is intended to provide our customer with extra protection from transmission of HIV and Hepatitis through usage of sterilised equipments using auto clave (according to international sterilization standard) and sterilised supporting equipments as well as disposable materials (such as sponges, clothes and bed mats/spreads). In addition, the hands of the customers and beauty therapists will be sprayed with special antiseptic liquid.

What is Hepatitis?
Hepatitis is a form of liver inflammation caused by Hepatitis virus. The most well known type of the virus is Hepatitis A, B and C. Hepatitis B and C’s virus spread through blood and other body liquid.

What is HIV and AIDS?
HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) is a virus that attacks the human immunity system and destroys the human immunity function. Infection of this disease will cause a decrease of human immunity system, making it easier for the person to contract diseases.

In the advanced stage, this infection may become AIDS, which is a syndrome or a collection of symptoms as the result of specific immunity system damage due to HIV infection. Body condition will drastically deteriorate and it may end in death.
HIV can be transmitted through sexual intercourse, blood transfusion, usage of equipment or needle contaminated with HIV or through an HIV-AIDS carrier mother to her baby.
